The military coup in Bangladesh is an imminent and unpleasant reality. The coup was disguised as a pro-people act that supported the violent anti-quota protests in the nation. PM Sheikh Hasina, a staunch protector of older Bengali values and the Hindu minority has reportedly fled to an unknown safe location. Sources state that she finds an ally in the Modi-led Indian government.
The Bangladesh Army gave Hasina 45 minutes to resign, signaling a dramatic shift in the politics of the Indian subcontinent. This coup would render the country a puppet state under radical Islamist control supported by Deep State powers. This turmoil has exacerbated the plight of Hindu minorities, who are increasingly targeted by extremist factions under the guise of Quota Protest. Let’s understand the unfolding military coup, the ensuing violence, and the Hindu community’s suffering.

On 5th August 2024, PM Sheikh Hasina was reportedly flown to India in a military helicopter amid escalating protests demanding her resignation. Reports cite local sources of how hundreds of thousands of protesters flooded the Prime Minister’s official residence in Dhaka following her departure. Speculations are rife that she has resigned from her position.
Latest reports from Bangladesh indicate that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has left Dhaka for an undisclosed location after unprecedented nationwide violence in the country. Some suggest she could come to New Delhi as well. Developing story. (Videos and Photo viral on BD Media) pic.twitter.com/Kk5ODQZENk

Bangladesh’s army chief, General Waker-Uz-Zaman, is set to address the nation soon. The violent clashes on the pretext of anti-quota protests have left more than 200 people dead and hundreds more injured. Pseudo-student activists armed with ammunition defied a nationwide curfew and began their “Long March to Dhaka.” The army chief did what any Islamist nation’s army does. He betrayed the elected PM and held talks with leaders of various political parties at the army headquarters. Hence, today the nation of Bangladesh stands on the brink of a military coup!
Dark Side of Anti-Quota Protests In Bangladesh
In January 2024 (total 300 seats)
-Shaikh Haseena won : 224
-Main Opposition won : 11
-Independent won : 62Shaikh Haseena had to resign today and Bangladesh Army Chief announced that the new govt will take over.

The protests were meant to be projected as anti-quota sentiments. However, they have devolved into violent clashes of armed radicals against the last remnants of Bangaldeshi loyalists. Sheikh Hasina’s departure has intensified the unrest. Moreover, the army has taken a prominent role in attempting to wrest the government control over the region. The nationwide media and internet leaves everyone blind to the truth. Consequently, the situation remains volatile for all.
The Bangladeshi Army has issued statements asserting its role as a protector of the people. However, their true intentions remain ambiguous. Army Chief Waker-Uz-Zaman told officers that “the Bangladesh Army is a symbol of the people’s trust” and that “it has always stood by the people and will continue to do so for the sake of the people and the state.” The situation remains tense as the nation awaits the army chief’s address.

Amidst this chaos in the name of Quota Protest, the Hindu minority of Bangladesh faces brutal violence. First, on “Bloody Sunday,” over 100 lives were lost. Currently, the count of lives lost climbs higher than 200. Example: A Hindu councillor Kajal Roy from Rangpur was murdered. Reports indicate that Hindu houses and temples were set ablaze with residents locked inside. ISKCON and Kali temples were attacked, forcing devotees to seek shelter.

Additionally, in Noakhali district, anti-quota protesters targeted Hindu homes, with footage showing terrified women crying out for help as attackers tried to break into Tanusreya Bhatta’s residence. Similarly, in Rangpur, protesters lynched Hindu Awami League leaders. Consequently, the situation is so bad that the Indian government is trying to evacuate all Indians from this hell on earth for Hindus!
If the Sheikh Hasina govt falls, it would perhaps be the toughest future for Bangladeshi Hindus. The violent, bloodthirsty Jihadis are going to feast on them. I truly shudder to think what their plight might be. Praying for their safety today.

Foreign Forces With Radical Agendas
PM Sheikh Hasina had repeatedly warned about the involvement of foreign forces in the nation. First, she spoke about how foreign forces tried to derail the Bangladeshi election. Secondly, she warned that the Deep State desired to carve a separate Christian nation from Bangladesh. Bastly, she believes that foreign forces are instrumental in escalating the protests into anti-establishment violence.
Bangladesh protests were part of the deep state's color revolution to overthrow the elected government.

Deep State aims to carve out an independent state from parts of Bangladesh, Myanmar, and India’s Manipur. Their goal is to control the narcotics nexus between the Golden Triangle and the Golden Cresent in the Indian Subcontinent. And this coup would ensure that Bangladesh becomes another compliant Pakistan-like puppet in the Deep State’s hands.
But do you notice something? The protest in Manipur also began as an anti-quota protest and culminated with dead or refugee Hindus. Later investigations proved the presence of foreign funding, weapons, and fighters in the state. Similarly, the anti-quota protests in Bangladesh are financed by the same external forces. Unfortunately, these forces are further endangering the Hindu minorities who are facing a desperate situation.
Points to Ponder

One must wonder how a protest by students spiraled into nation-wide-chaos. Who armed the radicals to ensure that the Hindu minority suffered immense horrors? The Hindu minority is left unprotected, with armed extremists roaming the streets in the name of protests!
Sheikh Hasina’s flight and the imminent military coup have thrown the nation into uncertainty.
The Deep State was successful in destabilizing the nation, coupled with rising radicalism, to create Pakistan-II in the East of Bharat. While the Islamists create a perilous environment for Hindus, Bharat also needs to strengthen its borders against Bangladesh. The targeted violence against Hindus reveals a grim reality of communal hatred prevalent in any Islamic nation. Hence, in this turbulent time, the plight of the Hindu minority is a poignant reminder of the human cost of Islamic political unrest. Let’s pray that the Hindus of Bangladesh survive the next few days. Moreover, let’s pray the Bharat’s Union Government opens its doors and arms to Hindu refugees from Bangladesh. Lastly, let’s hope that whoever sits on the throne of the Bangladesh will ensure safety, or atleast safe passge, to the minority Hindu community.
