1. Executive Summary and Chronology of Events

We all know how the left nexus propagated their subversion tactics under the irrelevant name of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). What was initially launched as a satirical online campaign was rapidly transformed into a disruptive street agitation at Jantar Mantar, opportunistically exploiting public concern surrounding examination leaks. The left liberal media ecosystem moved in unison to market this front as an unfunded, spontaneous expression of youth anger.

That narrative was a complete and calculated fabrication.

The CJP was a coordinated political operation sustained by paid operatives, long term Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) digital managers, foreign grant recipients, and a broader anti India ideological cabal that weaponized street agitations for political subversion. The movement reached its destructive peak during the Chalo Sansad march toward Parliament around July 20, 2026. This march resulted in severe public disruption, destruction of public property, and multiple police FIRs against agitators. Following the resignation of the Education Minister, the CJP called off its street actions while attempting to negotiate immunity and the withdrawal of criminal cases filed against rioters.

This white paper compiles the definitive, documented evidence across four sequential streams of investigation.

2. Institutional Resistance, Property Damage Exposure, and Legal Warfare: The Jaipur Dialogues

(Led by Sanjay Dixit ji and The Jaipur Dialogues)

The facade of the CJP was first broken when The Jaipur Dialogues stepped forward, refusing to allow criminal violence and vulgar abuse to masquerade as democratic protest.

2.1 Exposing the Destruction of Public Property and Rioting

While the leftist media attempted to whitewash the CJP as a peaceful student movement, we at The Jaipur Dialogues systematically exposed the actual damages inflicted by these sadakchaps on the streets of the national capital. We documented and broadcast raw footage showing how public property was vandalized, barricades were destroyed, and public infrastructure was defaced during their demonstrations. We established that these actions were not peaceful protests, but organized mob violence designed to hold the city hostage.’

2.2 Exposing the Filthy Abuse of Constitutional Offices

During the Jantar Mantar protests, CJP agitators crossed every boundary of civil decency. Functioning as an organized Gali Gang, key protesters hurled vulgar expletives directly at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his heavenly mother. The Jaipur Dialogues documented this raw evidence, exposed the agitators across digital platforms, and demanded immediate legal accountability.

2.3 Rejection of the FIR Withdrawal Bargain and Legal Counterstrike

Following the July 20 march, several FIRs were registered against CJP rioters for public property damage and rioting. When CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka appeared alongside government representatives, they publicly claimed an agreement had been reached to drop all criminal charges against the protesters. The Jaipur Dialogues stood firm against this compromise and actively challenged all proposed FIR withdrawals through formal legal interventions. Formal legal notices were issued targeting both the property destruction and the abusive language used against the Prime Minister and his mother, establishing that public accountability for property damage and the dignity of the Prime Minister’s constitutional office are strictly non negotiable.

2.4 Exposing the Khangressi Script and Left Wing Harassment

Because of the stance taken to defend the Prime Minister, his late mother, and public law, left wing handles launched a synchronized harassment campaign against The Jaipur Dialogues using a standardized Khangressi script designed to defame and intimidate our platform. This coordinated vitriol was met with uncompromising legal notices and formal actions, ensuring that those attempting to shield rioters were held accountable under the law.

2.5 Unmasking the IPSMF Media Ecosystem

The Jaipur Dialogues exposed the financial and institutional media network providing whitewashed coverage for the CJP. Digital portals like Peek TV and related platforms were shown acting as the official PR wing of the CJP, backed and funded by the Independent and Public Spirited Media Foundation (IPSMF) network. By exposing the IPSMF network, The Jaipur Dialogues laid bare how corporate backed media funding mechanisms are deployed to amplify anti establishment narratives, protect political agitators, and cover up mob criminality.

2.6 The Hindu Legal Fund vs Kunal Kamra’s Blasphemy

When washed-up stand-up “comedian” Kunal Kamra used the CJP platform at Jantar Mantar to deliver a deliberate, low-effort blasphemous jibe, dragging the sacred names of Prabhu Shri Ram and Maa Sita into cheap political mockery, we did not just tweet about it. We acted. The Jaipur Dialogues, powered by our Hindu Legal Fund, served Kamra with a stringent Cease and Desist legal notice under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. We have made it absolutely clear to the ecosystem that mocking Sanatan Dharma and our deities carries a real, inescapable legal cost. Read our full Article here.

3. Lifestyle Contradictions, Ownership Records, and Citizenship Anomalies

(Investigation led by Abhijit Iyer Mitra, @Iyervval)

Defense analyst Abhijit Iyer Mitra focused intensively on Saurav Das’s personal circumstances, raising multiple layers of questions regarding his lifestyle, ownership records, family background, and citizenship.

3.1 The Greater Kailash 1 Property and Registry Anomalies

Iyer Mitra highlighted that Das was operating out of a high value Greater Kailash 1 (GK 1) residence and questioned how such a lifestyle could be sustained. He raised severe land registry and ownership issues, revealing that public records were still linked to a deceased person.

Furthermore, Iyer Mitra pointed out that the rental arrangement appeared to be in the names of four other people, not Saurav Das. He continuously demanded the rent agreement, income proof, and police verification details from the CJP leadership.

3.2 Family Background and Citizenship Questions

Digging into Das’s past, Iyer Mitra publicly questioned the identity and nationality of Saurav Das’s biological father, stating that the father is Nepali and had abandoned the family. He described Das’s mother as a spa therapist, using this specific detail to question the family’s financial capacity to support a massive 12 lakh rupee rent lifestyle in GK 1. Iyer Mitra drew a sharp contrast between the claimed modest family background and this expensive residence, asking exactly how such a lifestyle was being funded. These points were raised as part of a broader scrutiny of Saurav Das’s personal credibility, leading to direct doubts over his citizenship status and exposing the massive gap between his public image and reality.

3.3 Dipke’s Academic Credential Failures

In a direct strike at the credibility of the movement’s founder, Iyer Mitra aggressively questioned CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke’s widely publicized educational credentials. Dipke had built his entire intellectual persona around holding a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Boston University. Iyer Mitra ripped this narrative apart. He revealed that comprehensive alumni database searches across relevant years yielded absolutely zero matching records for Dipke at Boston University. Iyer Mitra challenged Dipke to produce basic proof, such as transcripts or degree certificates, which were never satisfactorily provided. This relentless scrutiny completely fractured Dipke’s academic origin story, exposing him not as a highly educated youth leader, but as a political operative operating under fabricated credentials.

4. Location Lies, AAP Links, and Foreign PR Guidance

(Investigation led by Vijay Gajera and Team)

Investigator Vijay Gajera provided geographical data, geotag analysis, timestamp documentation & communication records exposing CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke’s hidden network and foreign PR guidance.

4.1 The Schaumburg Revelation vs The Boston Lie

Reference Link: Sam Pitroda Office Only 21 Minutes Away

Using a compilation of hotel reviews, geotags, and timestamps, Vijay Gajera proved that Abhijeet Dipke was not studying at Boston University as he publicly claimed. For months, Dipke was physically located in Schaumburg, Illinois.

This location is only about 21 minutes away from the office of Congress leader Sam Pitroda, who is associated with the Indian Overseas Congress. This proximity raised serious questions about possible offshore narrative coordination.

4.2 The Boston Scholarship Contradiction

Gajera exposed a clear contradiction in Dipke’s educational claims which earlier were exposed by abhijit iyer mitra too. Dipke had publicly shown a scholarship letter for the Fall 2024 batch at Boston University, with classes scheduled from September to December 2024. However, during this exact period, records showed that Dipke was physically present in India and actively working on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) election campaigns between September 2024 and February 2025.

4.3 The Extended AAP History and Username Deletion

While CJP projects itself as an independent Gen Z movement, Gajera’s investigation revealed a much longer political history. Dipke’s association with AAP stretched up to 10 years, far beyond the 2020 to 2023 period he publicly admitted. He served as the Maharashtra Social Media Head of AAP since 2016.

He managed AAP’s social media operations, ran meme campaigns during Delhi elections, and held communication roles linked to the Delhi Government. To hide this history, Dipke deleted old posts from before 2020 and changed his X username from @aaptimist.

He also brought old AAP associates into CJP, including Ajinkya Shinde, with whom he had been working since 2016. Gajera repeatedly called this a deliberate attempt to mislead young supporters by projecting CJP as a fresh and independent movement. Another key CJP face and Co Convener, Ashutosh Ranka, also possesses documented past linkages to the AAP digital apparatus.

4.4 Exposing the Foreign Academic and PR Strategy Blueprint

Vijay Gajera presented evidence that CJP was not a purely organic uprising but had guidance from American communication academics:

  • Professor Michael Dowding: Guided Dipke in International Media Management. Dipke later privately thanked him.

  • Professor Carla Kath: Helped Dipke understand and target the emotional pulse of Indians. Dipke thanked her as well.

  • Professor Amy Shanler: Specialist in how influencers and AI shape digital engagement. This formed a core part of CJP’s viral strategy.

Gajera pointed out that while Dipke publicly claimed he was operating alone without any backers, he had privately acknowledged the guidance of these American professors. Mainstream media portals never questioned Dipke on how these foreign professors shaped his movement. Gajera also raised unanswered questions about what Dipke was doing in the United States after his academic semesters ended in 2025, who funded his extended stay, and where exactly he was living during that period, calling out Dipke’s fake claims of transparency.

4.5 Exposing the Foreign Funding Fraud, Foreign Media Payroll, and Fake Transparency

Exposing the sheer hypocrisy of the CJP leadership posing as RTI activists and champions of transparency, Vijay Gajera called out their undisclosed foreign financial ties:

  • The ₹14 Lakh TFF Grant Fraud: The leadership accepted ₹14 lakh in foreign funding from the Thakur Family Foundation under the pretext of Public Health, yet produced only two articles consisting of fake propaganda. This translates to an astronomical ₹7 lakh per article, a figure unheard of in legitimate journalism.

  • Foreign and Islamist Payroll Connections: Gajera exposed that key figures were on the payroll of Qatar state-funded Islamist network Al Jazeera, as well as TFF and IPSMF funded outlets including Article 14 and The Wire.

  • Ford Foundation & Western Grants: He highlighted additional funding and awards tied to Western influence networks, including Ford Foundation funded Pulitzer Prize channels.

Gajera directly challenged the CJP leadership for blocking critics on social media when asked simple questions, proving that they deliberately cheated the Gen Z youth of India by concealing their deep financial alignment with foreign powers.

5. Foreign Funding Trail, On Ground Reporting, and Ecosystem Mapping: The Pamphlet

(Investigation led by Team Pamphlet)

The Pamphlet audited the financial lifeline behind the CJP leadership and conducted direct on ground reporting at the GK 1 residence.

5.1 The Foreign Grant Trail and Thakur Family Foundation

Documented financial records confirm that Saurav Das is a recipient of foreign funding from the Thakur Family Foundation (TFF), a Florida based non profit linked to Dinesh Thakur, the Ranbaxy whistleblower. Das received a documented grant of 8,070 dollars categorized under civil liberties. (This was covered by Gajera too)

5.2 The Broader Left Media Infrastructure

The Thakur Family Foundation has a documented pattern of funding Indian left liberal portals, including entities associated with The Wire, Alt News, Scroll, and Article 14. Saurav Das’s professional history, including writing for The Wire and Article 14 as well as participating in various anti government agitations, aligns directly with this pre existing activist infrastructure. The Pamphlet’s investigation established that the CJP was using an activated, foreign funded asset from a broader ideological machinery.

5.3 On Ground House Reporting, Property Vacancy, and Police Complaint

When The Pamphlet team conducted on ground reporting at the GK 1 property, Saurav Das was not present, having traveled to Maharashtra for a CJP core meeting. On ground reporting and property guards confirmed that Das had resided there for an extended period but had already cleared and vacated the house shortly after the protest phase and initial exposes.

In a desperate move to silence the press, Das filed a formal police complaint against The Pamphlet team alleging criminal house trespass, intimidation, defamation, and privacy violation, prompting Delhi Police to deploy a team outside the residence.

Conclusion and Call to Action for Central Agencies

We have formed this comprehensive compilation of exposes to directly counter the anti India narrative propagated by the CJP cockroaches. This document serves as an irrefutable record of their foreign funding, political proxies, and fabricated credentials. Sharing this document widely across public forums and community networks will help people recognize the reality behind manufactured street protests and prevent foreign backed operatives from misleading the youth of this country. The truth is now public, and the agencies have the blueprint to act.

Be Aware Bharat.

JAI HIND.
