Sunni Woman Exposes Shi’ah “Thook Jihad”!

Must Read

A recent conversation between a reporter and a Sunni woman has shed light on a disturbingly prevalent practice of “Thook Jihad.” The reporter was probably in search of the truth behind the controversy regarding the unhygienic practices of Muslim vendors. However, his interview byte revealed a caste bias that divides the Muslim community.

Moreover, it proved that Muslims agree that spitting into food is a habit or custom of a certain section of the Ummah!

The interview exposes deep-seated caste dynamics within the Muslim community and underscores a broader issue of Thook Jihad that threatens societal harmony in Bharat. Let’s explore the questions on food hygiene and public health in context of religious and communal interactions.

Sunni Woman Exposes Shocking Shi’ah Habit

In a startling interview, a Sunni woman explained the avoidance of Shi’ah-provided food within her community. She articulates in her regional dialect that Sunni and Barelvi Muslims do not even take water from the hands of a Shi’ah! When questioned why, she expounded that Shi’ah Muslims are known for unhygienic spitting-in-food practices.

As per her, Shi’ah Muslims often spit in the food or drinks meant for others out of inherent hatred.

This comment highlights two major issues. Firstly, it tells of a significant internal conflict within the Muslim community, which often goes unacknowledged in public discourse. And it highlights the practice of contaminating food using Spit or Thook. Thus, if the allegation is true, then it implies a health hazard but also a severe breach of social trust.

Thook Jihad: A Historical and Religious Context

The recent controversy around Kanwar Yatra has restarted the conversation on blatant use of Thook Jihad. Islamists believe they have the duty to “purify” things they encounter. However, this assessment may be too simplistic and their actual goal might be more sinister.

The Quran (22:39) allows the use of force in self-defense; “Permission [to fight] is given to those against whom fighting is launched because they have been wronged”

Quran (5:32) states: “Whoever saves the life of a person is as if he has saved the life of the whole of humankind.”

These verses are often taken out of context by Muslism zealots. They think that using “Thook” or spit in the food is a way to ensure that the food is purified or turned Halal. Thus, some zealots think they are “saving” a person by helping them consume Halal. And some zealots think this is their way of fighting the Kafirs! And so many deranged serves and owners help propagate Thook Jihad in Bharat!

Muslim Caste Discriminations: An Unspoken Reality

The Ummah is usually presented as an undivided Muslim community. The Sanatana Bharat counts the entire community as one big family guided by its religious leaders. And this Ummah shames the Sanatanis for the misquoted and misunderstood Varna system. Under the blanket of shame the Sanatanis always feel apologetic about the British imposed Caste System.

However, the caste Discriminations within the Muslim community are seldom spoken about.

Caste divisions in Ummah extend beyond religious sects into caste-based prejudices. Sunni and Shi’ah sects have Ashraf, Ahmadiyya, Barelvi, Pasmanda, and many more castes! Thus, Muslims exhibit clear caste-like distinctions among them. They do not intermarry, they do not pray in the same masjids, and lower sects stay under the rule of the upper sects. It reveals a parallel social structure within the Muslim community that contradicts the principles of unity and fairness that Bharat upholds.

Thus, the Muslim Ummah practices a much harsher version of social segregation and discrimination than the Sanatana Varna System. And these internal divisions are rarely addressed publicly, leading to a superficial understanding of the Muslim community’s dynamics.

Impact Of “Thook Jihad” On Sanatana Bharat

For Bharat, which strives for equality, these caste mindsets within the Muslim community is very harmful for the nation. And under the practice of “Thook Jihad,” the Sanatani identity of Bharat gets shaken to the very core.

When Hindus voice concerns about unhygienic practices and demand transparency, they are often labeled as discriminatory by secular activists.

However, the same activists shift the goalpost and conflate hygiene issues with divisive politics. Ex: Sonu Sood! Muslim community knows that a certain few indulge in bad sanitation in food practices. However, they would not like Hindus to label it “Thook Jihad”! This double standard highlights that the Ummah creates a biased narrative. This narrative allows social discrimination based on lack of hygiene within Muslim community. But, it silences Hindu voices demanding sanitary food using caste or religious bias!

In Summary

The acknowledgment by some Muslims of unhygienic practices within their community calls for action! A consistent and unbiased approach to public health and safety is the need of the hour. Moreover, all communities should be held to the same standards. And any practice that jeopardizes public health must be scrutinized and addressed, regardless of religious or communal affiliations.

The practice of “Thook Jihad” is not just a communal issue but a public health concern that affects the entire society.

Therefore, the divisions within the Muslim community and the reluctance to address the spitting issues openly contribute to a fractured social fabric. Honesty and equality are a must to achieve true social harmony in the name of “Humanity”! Only through open acceptance by all regarding the truth of “Thook Jihad” can a remedy to the situation be found! Until then, authorities shall struggle to ensure the safety and well-being of all its citizens.
