As the communal violence in Bangladesh escalates to the level of genocide against Hindus, Mohammed Zubair has taken it upon himself to downplay the crisis. He selectively debunks reports of violence, conveniently spreading them through puppet accounts before dismissing them as false. One of his latest efforts is promoting the narrative of Muslim students forming human chains to protect Hindus. But the internet was quick to question: if Muslims are forming protective chains, who are the attackers? The uncomfortable answer: Islamists.

A right-wing channel used a picture of a Bangladeshi woman defending Hindus with a traditional Boti. They asked HIndu women to draw inspiration to arm themsleves to protect their right to life. However, Zoo-wala-Bear immediately jumped to identify the woman as a Muslim. Why does Mohammed Zubair need to state the religion of the woman when the original post only asks Hindu women to draw inspiration? The amswer is simple. He wants to propgate his Muslims are helping Hindus narrative. Thus, for him and the attackers in Bangladesh the religious identity of a person is crucial! They both attack Hindus, just in different ways, till now!

In a recent example of Mohammed Zubair’s deceit, the right-wing shared a video showing a man being stoned to death by radicals after he was forced to jump into a water body to escape. The Islamists bayed for this death by forming a human chain around the banks to hinder his attempt to escape. A pro-Hindu Bangladeshi account shared this video, challenging the narrative of Muslim protectors as human chains.
Mohammed Zubair quickly countered with another video. As per him, an Awami League Mayor of Akhaura Municipality jumped into a water body to escape a student mob. He used this video to discredit the earlier footage, claiming that right-wing groups were manipulating Hindu sentiments.

However, this time Zubair’s attempt to cover up the truth falls flat. The two videos clearly show different locations, different water bodies, and different angles. While the identity of the man stoned to death remains unconfirmed, the trend of anti-Hindu violence is undeniable. But Mohammed Zubair continues to use his platform to protect his pro-Islamist agenda. And he executes his ‘Fact-Checker’ stamps at the expense of the suffering of Hindus in Bangladesh. Shameless!

It’s time to unmask Mohammed Zubair for what he really is: a paid propagandist masquerading as a journalist. The Karnataka Congress hires him for spreading his lies. The INDI Alliance rewards and awards him. His selective fact-checking is nothing more than a tool to suppress the voices of Bangladeshi Hindus. And his ultimate aim is to enable his co-religionist Islamist allies in India.
