Targeting Temples and Pujaris: Neha Bora Faces Fresh Legal Action

Must Read

AISA national president Neha Bora is facing severe legal pushback for her blatant anti Sanatan rhetoric. Supreme Court advocate Amita Sachdeva has filed a formal cyber complaint at the New Delhi district Cyber Police Station. The complaint demands an immediate FIR against Bora under Section 196 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for deliberately promoting enmity and social disharmony between communities.

Demonising Hindu Institutions The legal action stems from a viral video that resurfaced around 2 November. In the footage, the Left wing student leader makes outrageous and sweeping claims against Hindu institutions. Bora audaciously claims that under the Brahminical system, even Brahmin women are unsafe. She deliberately generalized horrific individual crimes from Unnao and Kathua to paint a disgusting picture of all temple priests as rapists and sacred Hindu temples as sites of sexual violence.

The Legal Pushback Advocate Amita Sachdeva has absolutely demolished this Left wing propaganda. Sachdeva stated that while every genuine sexual crime deserves strict investigation and punishment, publicly painting all pujaris as criminals and temples as dens of crime is a calculated move to spread hatred. This is not a critique of individual cases but a blanket attack on the sanctity of institutions revered by crores of Hindus.

Sachdeva delivered a stern warning to the Delhi Police. If the authorities fail to register an FIR, she will directly approach the court under Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to force police action. She emphasized that freedom of speech does not provide blanket immunity to target and vilify an entire religious community.

A Pattern of Anarchy This is not the first time Advocate Sachdeva has taken the AISA leader to task. Earlier in October, Sachdeva filed another complaint against Neha Bora for openly praising the violent Gen Z movement in Bangladesh. During that incident, Bora gave a red salute and urged Indian youth to draw inspiration from the unrest across the border. Those statements were a clear attempt to encourage instability and anarchy within India.

The pattern of the Left wing ecosystem is entirely predictable. Student leaders associated with communist fronts consistently single out Hindu institutions, temple priests, and Sanatan traditions for demonisation while maintaining a cowardly silence on crimes occurring elsewhere. However, the days of unchallenged anti Hindu propaganda are over. Relentless legal resistance from advocates like Amita Sachdeva is successfully putting the brakes on this routine targeting of Sanatan Dharma.
