India Rejects Biased USCIRF 2026 Report: Declares It an ‘Entity of Concern’

Must Read

The United States has a long history of using “human rights” as a political weapon to control independent nations. The latest example of this aggressive foreign policy is the highly biased USCIRF 2026 Report. The United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) has audaciously recommended designating India as a “Country of Particular Concern.” Furthermore, it demanded targeted US sanctions against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and India’s foreign intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). In a historic and much-needed pushback, the Indian government absolutely trashed this report. India rightly labeled the American commission an “Entity of Concern.”

The Official US Government Connection

To understand the danger of this report, we must look at who funds it. The USCIRF is not a random NGO or a private human rights group. It is a 100% US federal government entity. The US Congress officially created it, and the US President appoints its members. Furthermore, it is funded entirely by American taxpayers. While it acts as an advisory body to the US State Department, its reports are heavily used by Washington lobbies to build intense diplomatic and economic pressure on target countries. Therefore, this attack on India is not an accident; it is a calculated move backed by the American political system.

The Hypocrisy of American Preaching

The absolute hypocrisy of the USCIRF 2026 Report is staggering. The United States frequently lectures the world on democracy and freedom. Yet, Washington actively funds and arms some of the most brutal, undemocratic regimes on the planet when it suits their geopolitical interests.

The US commission completely ignores the severe, state-sponsored persecution of minorities across 53 Islamic nations. It conveniently looks the other way when American intelligence agencies like the CIA commit globally documented human rights violations. However, it specifically targets India’s RAW simply because India is asserting its strategic independence and refusing to become an obedient American satellite state.

A Compromised and Biased Boardroom

The credibility of this US commission is completely destroyed by its own demographic makeup. The USCIRF operates like an exclusive Abrahamic club. Out of its 9 officially appointed members, there are 6 Christians, 2 Muslims, and 1 Jewish member. Shockingly, in a world where Hindus make up 15% of the population, there is zero Hindu representation on this panel. Even worse, the Vice Chair, Asif Mahmood, is of Pakistani origin, and another commissioner is a Sharia scholar with deep Pakistani educational ties. Consequently, the anti-India bias is systematically baked into the commission’s DNA.

The Real Target: India’s Core Strength USCIRF

Why did the USCIRF 2026 Report specifically target the RSS and RAW? The answer is pure geopolitics. The RSS has been the backbone of Hindu civilizational unity and grassroots national service for a century. Similarly, RAW is the ultimate shield protecting India from external terror networks. By demanding asset freezes and travel bans against these two specific pillars, the American deep state is trying to weaken India’s internal cohesion and external security. They want to cripple the exact institutions that keep Bharat strong and united.

Bharat Will Not Bow Down USCIRF

The era of the United States dictating internal policies to sovereign nations is over. The Indian government did exactly the right thing by aggressively exposing and rejecting this compromised US panel. No self-respecting democracy should ever allow a foreign government body, especially one with zero Hindu representation and deep Pakistani links, to lecture it on religious harmony. India will continue to protect its institutions, its national security, and its civilizational identity with absolute strength.
