INDI Alliance hits a new low at the political appeasement in Jharkhand. Compensation Politics chose to reward the “peaceful” accused of attempting to rape a tribal woman. Thus, painting this “peaceful” as a martyr.
Instead of standing with the victim, Rahul Gandhi has announced ₹1 lakh compensation for the accused’s family. Moreover, CM Soren’s Jharkhand government is considering offering them a job. A state minister has even visited the family, glorifying the man as a “shaheed.” When a rape accused becomes a political hero and the victim fades into silence. Will the nation unite in asking: Whose justice are we delivering?
Jharkhand – A Horrific Crime And A Twisted Reward
The incident was reported in Bokaro, Jharkhand. On 8th May 2025, a tribal woman’s scream for help echoed through the trees as she fought off an alleged rape attempt while bathing in a pond. The accused was a “peaceful” named Abdul. The woman has bit his hand in an attempt to free herself. Thus, Abdul was caught red-handed by villagers and beaten in a rage. The man was handed over to the police alive later. However, Abdul succumbed to his injuries and died later.
Thereafter, came the Compensation Politics of the INDI alliance afterward shocks more than the crime itself. The social media posts tried to paint Abdul as a victim of intolernace. Meanwhile, the crime accessed by media was buried under “unclear” flags wot whitewash the “peaceful”.
Instead of standing with the woman, Rahul Gandhi announced a compensation of ₹1 lakh for the accused.
The Jharkhand government, led by CM Hemant Soren and backed by the INDI Alliance, is reportedly planning further compensation of ₹4 lakh and a job for one of Abdul’s family members. A cabinet minister even visited his home and referred to him as a “martyr.” The Siddiqui community is rewarding the family with another ₹51,000!
Let that sink in: A man accused of attempting to rape a tribal woman is being glorified.
Not even a whisper for the woman’s pain. No compensation. No press conference. Nothing!!!
Is INDI Alliance’s Telling Tribals: You Don’t Matter?
The Jharkhand Compensation politics is not a case of misplaced sympathy. It may be understood as a brutal political message disguised as justice. The tribal woman’s trauma has been dismissed. Her rights, her dignity, and her very safety have been sacrificed at the altar of appeasement politics. So, what is the INDI Alliance telling Bharat’s tribal communities and backward castes?
The message is clear – that if the accused belongs to a “peaceful” vote bank community – your pain doesn’t matter.
Assault on Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Tribal, and Buddhist daughters shall be swept under the political carpet if the incident involves the “peaceful” community. If the incident occurs in an NDA state then it’s a “Dara Hua Muslamaan” narrative and “let the courts settle the matter” rhetoric. But in an INDI Alliance state, justice shall be silent while the accused gets celebrated! This isn’t the first time either.
Be it communal riots, illegal encroachments, or terror sympathies, the pattern remains the same – INDI Alliance will choose the Muslim aggressor over anybody else.
Will INDI Alliance Picks “Peacefuls” over Tribals?
This case in Jharkhand has laid bare the moral bankruptcy of the INDI Alliance. Instead of calling for justice for the tribal woman, they have rewarded the accused’s family. And this is not an isolated incident. It’s a calculated, cold-blooded move. It is a clear signal to the “peaceful” community that no matter the crime, they shall be protected under INDI Alliance rule.
To India’s tribals, Dalits, and backward Hindus — this is your moment of truth.
Between you and a member of the minority vote bank, these politicians will not choose you not even if you are the victim. Not even if your daughter is assaulted. The arithmetic of elections will always come before your dignity.
Which party glorifies an accused rapist? What kind of leader compensates his family, but not the victim? India must ask itself: Have we now reached a point where appeasement is more sacred than justice?
