He stays in judicial custody due to an investigation by the ED into the Delhi Liquor Scam under the PMLA law. Despite his efforts and maneuverings, in both lower courts and the Supreme Court, Arvind Kejriwal’s writ petitions and bail applications were rejected. Why? Well, ED has sufficient and compelling evidence linking him to the scam in his roles as the AAP convenor and Delhi CM! So, how does Kejriwal plan to get out of jail? Enter ‘Type-2 Diabetes’!!!

Unsurprisingly, Arvind Kejriwal had filed a writ petition against the ED’s right to arrest him. What was his argument? He presented that the PMLA sections were not correctly followed during his arrest. However, his hopes of immediate release were dashed when the judiciary rejected his petition. Thus, along with a writ petition, his hopes of an interim bail plea at the time of arrest also flew out the window.
SC also rejected the bail appeal of Arvind Kejriwal! Why? Because ED presented that Kejriwal was complicit in the money laundering scam named DELHI LIQUOR SCMA! With the elections looming, Kejriwal is stuck in Tihar as a mere spectator from behind bars as “Democracy Ka Mahaparv” kicks into action!
Arvind Kejriwal’s Sugary Twist: A Recipe for Controversy
A recent social media post and allegation followed by the reports presented by ED to the courts show a sugary twist to Delhi CM’s strategy! Rumors emerged from right-wing social media sources that Kejriwal is deliberately consuming high-sugar foods in jail to spike his sugar levels.
Soon the ED also alleged that Kejriwal’s family is feeding him calorie-rich foods like mangoes, puris, aloo, and sweets in his home tiffins. Thus, a twisted tale emerged from the Sugary meals!!! They presented that Arvind Kejriwal is deliberating on exacerbating his type-2 diabetes to attain medical relief from custody.

Enter the full-blown social media sugar saga! Reports start to swirl that Kejriwal’s sugar levels are soaring faster than Delhi’s pollution levels! As per AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Atishi Marlena, a fake jailhouse menu is being exposed and presented to courts to cast aspersions. They deny that high-calorie delights, from mangoes to puris, are sending his sugar levels on a rollercoaster ride!

AAP loyalists are also sounding the high alert! They are now accusing PM Modi and BJP of a convoluted jailhouse MURDER conspiracy! In a plot straight out of a political thriller, they claim that jail authorities are denying Kejriwal insulin despite his deteriorating sugar levels.

AAP seems totally confused, Atishi Marlena and Sanjay Singh are making contradictory statements. While one accuses PM Modi of murder, the other says the menu presented is fake. MAKE UP YOUR MIND AAP!!! IS HE BEING FED SUGARY FOODS OR NOT?! With ED countering claims Arvind Kejirwal’s sugar levels seem to be rivaling Delhi’s summer temperatures! As Delhi votes on 25th May 2024, Arvind Kejriwal seems to want a get-of-jail-fast-card! As voting begins for the 2024 general elections, the AAP ‘sweetness-overload’ drama unfolds faster than a Delhiite’s craving for ice creams!
