Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath accused the Samajwadi Party and the Congress of deceiving the people by making false promises. Speaking passionately at the Uttar Pradesh assembly, he narrated the story of four thugs who deceived a farmer. While drawing parallels with the actions of the current opposition parties.
‘Not Khatakhat, But Safachat’
CM Yogi said that in the upcoming assembly elections the Samajwadi party will be completely wiped out. He said, “There were four thugs who decided to deceive a farmer who was taking home a goat. They decided to make the farmer believe that he was holding a dog and not a goat and they did it. The innocent farmer was deceived by the swindler as he believed that one person could lie and not all four. Such was the khatakhat-khatakhat scheme. Where is Rs one lakh bond (promised by the SP-Congress). I can say with conviction that not Khatakhat but in 2027, it will be ‘Sapa-chat’ (or Safachat meaning clean sweep).”

Continuing further he said that the BJP will hold the SP-Congress accountable for their false promises. He said, “I want to urge our MLAs to go to the people and ask them to seek clarification about the bond of Rs 1 lakh from them (opposition).”
He criticised the Samajwadi Party by stating that the OBC community didn’t even receive the mandated 27 % reservation. “During the SP regime, in no government jobs, OBCs were given 27 per cent reservation. During their time, it was pick and choose policy….During that time, the uncle-nephew pair (Akhilesh and Shivpal) went out for extortion during Lekhpal recruitment. But no such thing exists today even we recruited over 5,000 Lekhpals,” he said.
‘Sadbhavna Nhi Bullet Train’..
In response to the Gomati Nagar incident, in which several miscreants harassed a woman during waterlogging. The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh made a strong statement. CM Yogi Adityanath, reiterated that he entered politics not as a profession but to punish social wrongdoers in the society.
Addressing the assembly, he first named the offenders and then said that instead of a ‘Sadbhavna train,..inke liye bullet train chalegi. Chinta mat karo.’ He also warned that anyone who plays with women’s safety will have to bear consequences.

In the Gomati Nagar incident, authorities have arrested 16 individuals under sections 191(2) for rioting and 74 for assault or use of criminal force with intent to outrage modesty of the BNS.
Coming to the Ayodhya rape case, the district administration has initiated bulldozer action on the property of the accused SP leader Moeed khan. Authorities have also filed a case against two SP leaders, namely Mohammad Rashid and SP leader Jai Singh Rana, as well as another individual for allegedly threatening the victim’s family to settle the matter.
