  • The complainant has enclosed a video featuring Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, wherein he has alleged that Kejriwal received funding worth USD 16 million from Khalistani groups between 2014 and 2022.
  • Additionally, according to the complainant a secret meeting took between Kejriwal and pro-Khalistani Sikhs at Gurudwara Richmond Hills in New York. During this meeting, Kejriwal allegedly promised to facilitate Devender Pal Bhullar’s release in exchange for significant financial support from Khalistani elements.

Furthermore, it also states that Kejriwal had written to former President Pranab Mukherjee seeking clemency for Bhullar. The letter dated 27th January 2014 is mentioned below. It states that “our government is sympathetic to the issue” and “recommended to the President the release of Prof. Bhullar.”

Allegations Made by Pannun-

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Khalistani terrorist and founder of banned organization Sikhs For Justice made sensational allegations. He alleged that “Khalistani groups donated $16 million to AAP (approximately Rs 133.54 crore) between 2014 and 2022. Furthermore, Kejriwal had offered to release Bhullar in return of funds. In a letter published by SFJ he alleged that AAP had received around USD 14 billion in 2014 for forming government and had also used Khalistani funds and votes to win election in 2022.

In a video released by Pannun in March 2024, he said, “Arvind Kejriwal and his associates who call themselves honest Indian Hindus turned out to be more dangerous than the dishonest Indian Hindus. When Kejriwal was not in power in 2014, he came to the US and promised pro-Khalistani groups that he would release Professor Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar within five hours of forming a government. We told them not to trust him at that time. It has been nine years since he came to power.”

Moreover, Republic TV made had made significant revelations in an undercover investigation they carried out in 2018 in the UK. The investigation revealed that Gurcharan Singh, (a member of the formerly banned Dal Khalsa) stating that his group had actively campaigned and had provided funds to AAP in 2017 elections.
