Reports state that on 8th March 2024, the wife of a BJP booth President was brutally attacked in Altapur village, Uttar Dinajpur district. BJP Booth President’s Wife Tale Of Terror
A viral video shared on X tells the story of the harrowing ordeal faced by the victim. The clip shows the complete breakdown of hope and humanity as the wife of Rajkumar Das, BJP’s Booth President in Altapur village recounted her tale of horror.
A mob of 300-400 Muslims descended on her house a day after a party meeting was held in her home at 1 a.m. at night. The entirely Muslim mob vandalized property desecrated the Hindu idols in the home, and assaulted her family members. The ‘peacefuls’ ransacked and looted anything they could get on their hands.
“They did not listen and broke the window and our door. They took away our belongings such as suitcase, almirah, TV, bed and even utensils for keeping rice,” she tearfully narrates. The Muslim mob tore off all her clothes, pulled her hair, and humiliated her.
The woman was visibly distraught in the video. Her horror story details the brutality unleashed upon her Hindu family by the ‘peaceful’ mobs cultured under the TMC rule.
“My son was attacked. They broke his leg. My daughter’s hand was fractured. They threw bricks at me. I was bleeding from my ears.” she said

The woman emphasized that the attackers targeted them solely because they supported the BJP. Her husband, the BJP booth President, was forced to go into hiding due to fear of further attacks on his life and limb. The incident has left her heartbroken and disillusioned. She feels that the current situation can no longer be changed. She implies that supporters of the BJP are targeted by ‘peacefuls’. Moreover, she believes that the TMC will not rest till all the Hindus of Bengal have given up hope of freedom from CM Mamata’s rule.
West Bengal TMC: Suppressing Rivals Through Religious Persecution?!
Reacting to the incident, BJP MP Locket Chatterjee condemned the deliberate persecution of Hindus in West Bengal. Thereafter, he criticized Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for allegedly shifting blame onto Hindus for provoking ‘peacefuls’. BJP MLA Dr. Ashok Kumar Lahiri also visited the victim at the hospital. He demands strict punishment for the perpetrators. After denouncing the attack, he states that this was an act of violence perpetrated by TMC-sponsored goons.
The Saffron Wave scares CM Mamata and her gang. However, this is not the first time a BJP personnel has been attacked. BJP workers have faced arson, murder, and even rape of their wives under the TMC. The secular media buries this news under the scanner. And CM Mamata denies the truth. All of them conveniently forget the sufferings of the common man under TMC.
This incident unfolds against the backdrop of heightened tensions following the sexual violence committed by TMC leaders in Sandeshkhali village. The video highlights the disturbing trend of religious persecution of Hindus in West Bengal. CM Mamata wields her beloved Rohingyas and Bangladeshi goons very effectively to silence and terrorize her political foes. Thus, political violence is conveniently hidden as the ‘Opposition Ka Agenda’ by this communally biased TMC.
The incident at Altapur shows that things are on a boil in the state. The Central government needs to urgently intervene to protect the honor of women and the sanctity of democracy. Peace and security of Hindus is no longer possible under CM Mamata. Atleast, for West Bengal the saying stands true: “Democracy Khatre Mein Hai”!!!
