• India–Pakistan (May–June 2025): Trumpetting his claims POTUS took credit for brokering a ceasefire between India and Pakistan, making at least 14 public statements about his role. India officially denied any third-party mediation. Moreover, NaPak firing from across the border continued for two days after the announcement.

• Gaza–Israel (Feb 2025): Trump declared a temporary truce in Gaza, even floating a controversial “Gaza Strip proposal”. The truce collapsed within a week, with both sides resuming hostilities.

• Yemen–Houthis (May 2025): Trumpeting another claim POTUS boasted of a ceasefire between the US and Yemen’s Houthis, with Oman mediating. The Houthis said they would stop attacks but insisted this was not a surrender. Skirmishes and violations continued at sea and in Yemen.
