Ramakrishna Mission Attacked in Mamata Banerjee’s West Bengal!

One day after Mamata Banerjee spoke against it, a branch of Ramakrishna Mission in Jalpaiguri faced violence. In the land of Swami Vivekanand cultural and intellectual heritage is now under siege.

It is eerily similar to Gunda Raaj or as the BJP call it TALIBAN REGIME!!!

Violence against Sadhus, stark and shameless corruption, and pre & post poll violence have become the order of the day. Like a malignant tumor the TMC Gunda Raaj is spreading throughout the state. In this toxic environment, the revered Ramakrishna Mission was also not spared. Let’s discuss how an institution of peace and spirituality was attacked in Mamata’s ‘Waste’ Bengal.

The Attack On Ramakrishna Mission, Jalpaiguri

Founded by Swami Vivekananda, the Ramakrishna Mission and its branches are a symbol of hope, peace, and humanitarian service. It offers solace to the needy, education to the underprivileged, and spiritual guidance to those in search of deeper meaning.

However, the current climate of fear and intimidation under TMC’s goons, even this sacred institution finds itself under threat.

Sandeshkhali is just the tip of the iceberg of CM Mamata Banerjee’s administration. The weak communist ideals have given way to a Gunda Raaj in the state to the extent that lawlessness and brutality are shamelessly rampant. Political gangs operate with impunity, terrorizing citizens and stifling dissent. They proudly claim that the police and other administrations are under their control. These words were proved true by the actions of TMC in Sheikh Shahjahan’s case.

Unfortunately, this anarchy has now encroached upon the sanctity of the Ramakrishna Mission. An official letter of the Ramakrishna Mission in Jalpaiguri is going viral on social media. The letter asks for police help in the face of vandalism, threats, and even physical assaults on volunteers, seers, and devotees. Consequently, the letter is a humble monk’s request for safety from the mob of 10-12 gundas that still roam freely around the property of the mission.

In her latest speech CM Mamata spoke against Ramakrishna Mission, particularly the one at Asansol. As per her, the mission was asking Hindu devotees to consider voting for BJP. She deemed this as an insult to the times when she helped the mission out during CPI(M)’s rule.

Seems like Mamata Di’s words were a clear clarion call against Ramakrishna Mission and its monks.

Ramkrishna Mission Sevak Road was attacked by some miscreants late Saturday night.Miscreants came with firearms & daggers and beat up security gaurds and ashram workers. They threatened to leave the place or get murdered.

Unfortunately, a few from her gang of goons, 10-12 men heard the call and obeyed. The complaint letter from Swami Shivapremananda of the mission names Pradip Roy and his associates. Allegedly, Pradip Roy and his men jumped the boundary walls of the mission at around 3.30 am yesterday. Moreover, they brought with them weapons and guns to scare off the security guards. Then the goons vandalized the property and broke the CCTV cameras to ensure that no credible proof is obtainable. And they left with impunity after taking the mobile phones of the security guard with them. These men freely roam around the mission outskirts without fear of any legal fallout. Thus, it seems they feel secure in the knowledge of protection against police action in Mamata’s West Bengal!

BJP’s IT Cell incharge Amit Malviya calls this the Taliban regime of West Bengal under CM Mamata. He condemns how her speech threatened Ramakrishna Mission, Bharat Sevashram Sangha and ISKCON of consequences from an open stage. And soon a mission under the PS of Jalpaiguri is attacked by goons.

Thus, while international media talks of dictatorship, its most true example could be seen in the state of West Bengal.

Most netizens think that CM Mamata is cool with Maulanas swaying Muslim votes. However, she objects to and threatens the same actions in Hindu seers and monks. Her duplicitous standards for Hindu spiritual leaders and Muslim Maulanas shows a critical bias. With the increasing horror of CM Mamata Banerjee’s Raaj in West Bengal, Hindus monks are now on target of her gangs. Thus, the assault on such a revered institution should make the Hindus of West Bengal wake up en masse to defeat TMC in the 2024 elections.

Mamata Banerjee, who once claimed to be the champion of the poor and marginalized, now stands accused of empowering criminal elements. Her army of workers are synonymous with Gunda Raaj that is characterized by violence, intimidation, and corruption. Under her governance, West Bengal has seen a dramatic rise in political violence. Moreover, her party’s cadres are often implicated in acts of terror against opposition and civilians alike.

Her statements followed by the attack on Ramakrishna Mission Could Be an Indication of her absolute control over the climate of fear and dominance in the state.

West Bengal under CM Mamata Banerjee is a state in crisis. The attack on the Ramakrishna Mission is not just an isolated incident; it is a symbol of the broader assault on peace, Hindus, spirituality, and civil society. The lawlessness that pervades the state threatens to undermine its great cultural and spiritual heritage. Therefore, it is time for the citizens of West Bengal to reclaim their state from this reign of terror. Only then can the places like Ramakrishna Mission stand tall to deliver their message of peace to the people of West Bengal!
