In Bangladesh, what began as political protests against Sheikh Hasina has devolved into an onslaught of religious violence against Hindus. The latest victims are the Hindu educators in cities and towns. Once protectors of knowledge, these Hindus are now targets of organized persecution. Reports state that uptil now more than 70 Hindus were forced to resign by “students”!
Unfortunately, the world watches in silence while these teachers are humiliated and forced to resign simply because of their faith. In a series of shocking videos, teachers are subjected to degrading acts of torture by power-mad Islamic mobs that call themselves students – this is not just political upheaval; this is a religious vendetta.
Bangladesh Religious Persecution Harms Hindu Teachers
Another one. Police Line High School Principal bhabesh chandra roy has been forced to resign by the students. He was forced to resign yesterday. When asked, he replied that he had to resign because he belonged to the Hindu community. @UNHumanRights #HinduPhobiaInBangladesh pic.twitter.com/Z1CQ9y0HiM

The images coming from Bangladesh are disturbing, yet no one speaks out. The BBC even tries to whitewash the pogroms against Hindus as political violence. However, the truth is something else. The sole cause of the persecution in Bangladesh is their Hindu identity. The protestors or goons of BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami are harming Awami Leagur supporters and leaders. And when they do not find one, they harm the Hindus in the region. Why? Because the only party that worked, even in a limited capacity, for safeguarding Hindu interests was the Awami League. Hence, harming Hindus was hurting the ideology of the Awami Leagues.

This regime change had the ugly violence going to the doors of the Hindu Teachers and Educators.
Many viral videos show how these pseudo-students are insulting their teachers in the worst of ways. One video claims that a female Hindu teacher is locked in a bathroom by a mob of BNP-supporting students. After a long torment, she was released after begging the students and resigning from her post. In another, a teacher who refuses to resign is tied to a tree and harassed until she breaks.

The latest video shows a male teacher, trapped by a BNP mob in his office. The mob beats him over his head in a final act of humiliation before signing his resignation. These are deliberate acts of terror, not random outbursts of anger. They are driven by a shared agenda: removing Hindus from positions of influence. There is an unverified letter where the BNP asks people to share the names of Hindu government officials so that they can be made to resign!
Western Silence On Bangladesh Pogroms Against Hindus
See how these monsters are tying shoe laces around the teacher's neck. How low is their mentality. Hindu oppression is increasing day by day in Bangladesh. Their aim is to remove 26 lakh Hindus from their jobs. That is why they are being forced to resign. 😥 pic.twitter.com/dtKCQhr1C2

What is even more troubling than the horrors unfolding in Bangladesh are available in videos. However, the silence from the international community is deafening. The Western media continues to whitewash this violence as a simple political unrest. It’s almost as if accepting the reality would tarnish their grand plans!! Thus, they refuse to acknowledge the religious pogroms targeting Hindus in Bangladesh exist. Therefore, their puppet and Nobel Prize laureate Mohammad Yunus, hailed as a human rights hero, remains disturbingly silent.
Uncertainty continues to dominate life in Bangladesh. A Hindu teacher was tied by a rope to a tree by students, and many others like her have been forced to resign. Journalists associated with the earlier regime are being considered ‘criminals’ @NewIndianXpress @MEAIndia… pic.twitter.com/6qyklWU6US

In reality, what the world is witnessing is not political resistance but religious cleansing. The voices of justice are being silenced. The army stands with its eyes shut. The police are on strike, to protect their cadres from the violent mobs. Thus, as these atrocities persist, the so-called champions of progressivism and human rights avert their eyes, unwilling to confront the truth. The West is complicit in helping the Islamists continue their horrors in Bangladesh unchecked. Moreover, their thirst for control is denying the horrific reality of the helpless Hindus in this violent nation.
The international mainstream media remains silent about it but the Islamist attacks against Hindus in Bangladesh continue.
This attack against Hindu homes was recorded in Hatra village in the Rajshahi district.

The violent mobs targeting Hindu teachers are not freedom fighters; they are political puppets. They represent the worst kind of student – one who bites the hand that teaches. How can a country prosper when its educators, the very bedrock of its future, are being destroyed? Hindu teachers are being stripped of their dignity and driven out of classrooms. For what reason? Because they are Hindus or because the Awami League worked to protect them? What remains of the sanctity of education when the very institution is being used as a tool for hate?
Can these students, who have disrespected their teachers so blatantly, ever hope to gain the blessings of Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom?
Bangladesh is at a crossroads. If the world continues to turn a blind eye to these atrocities, then what hope is there for the future of its education system or its social fabric? The stakes are higher than ever before. Hence, the incidents observed on social media today are not just about political power, they are the public death of the soul of a nation.
BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami’s Anti-Hindu Ideology

The persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh is not an isolated incident but part of a larger plan, orchestrated by long-time anti-Hindu political entities like the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami. These groups, with their fundamentalist ideologies, have long targeted minorities, especially Hindus. BNP’s partnership with Jamaat-e-Islami has emboldened their zealots, as they believe they are justified in attacking anyone not conforming to their narrow worldview.
The BNP, which secured only 37 seats in Bangladesh’s 2024 Lok Sabha elections, used its electoral loss to fuel further violence while walking hand-in-hand with anti-Hindu Jamaat-e-Islami.
Jamaat-e-Islami, a radical Islamist party with a history of genocidal tendencies, holds significant influence within BNP and has repeatedly called for a “pure” Islamic state. And this dream can only be accomplished at the expense of Hindus and other minorities. Reports indicate that nearly 40% of Hindus in Bangladesh have left the country since the 1970s. And this latest regime change led to over 200 attacks on the reducing Hindu population. Is this not a testament to the growing climate of fear and intolerance in Bangladesh? Will the new Bangladesh become the old East Pakistan? Or will this tiny nation become the new Afghanistan? Only time will tell!
