Inspector Abdul Rehman Suspended for Shielding Chhangur Baba’s Conversion Gang

Must Read

On July 24, UP Police suspended Crime Branch Inspector Abdul Rehman Siddiqui after a fresh probe revealed his role in shielding Badr Akhtar Siddiqui, a prime accused in a 2019 abduction and religious conversion case of Chhangur Baba involving a young Hindu woman.

The case, now under investigation by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), has been linked to the infamous Chhangur8 Baba-led Islamist conversion racket, a syndicate targeting Hindu women for grooming, forced marriage, and religious conversion.

Who Are Involved in this Network?

  • Badr Akhtar Siddiqui, a gym trainer, posed as a recruiter promising the 21-year-old air hostess trainee a job in Dubai.

  • On October 24, 2019, he allegedly abducted her from her Ghaziabad residence and forced her into conversion and marriage.

  • Behind him loomed the shadow of Chhangur Baba, now in ATS custody.

The victim’s family had approached Civil Lines Police Station in Meerut, where Inspector Siddiqui refused to file an FIR, allegedly threatened the family, and dismissed the case outright.

Inspector Siddiqui, ironically awarded for “exemplary service” in 2024, had long, unbroken postings in critical branches—three years in Meerut, and two in Ghaziabad Crime Branch. Yet when it mattered, he allegedly protected the accused, and let a vulnerable girl disappear without a trace.

Internal investigations have now shown he maintained prior links with Badr Akhtar, deliberately suppressing the 2019 complaint.

ATS Cracks the Cover-Up

Digital evidence, call records, and internal memos now confirm that Badr Akhtar was a field agent of Chhangur Baba’s conversion network. He allegedly lured Hindu women through romantic grooming, followed by coercion and conversion.

The victim’s case was revived when her credit card showed fraudulent transactions, exposing Badr Akhtar’s involvement years later. ATS then traced the chain back to the original mishandling by Inspector Siddiqui.

Additional CP Alok Priyadarshi confirmed the suspension and acknowledged serious dereliction of duty.

When “Peaceful” Networks Exploit the System

This isn’t just about one cop or one case. It reveals a pattern of Islamist infiltration, abuse of trust, and deliberate shielding by insiders embedded within the system.

How long have these networks operated under the radar, not just because they are secretive, but because the system itself covered for them?

When a Hindu girl is kidnapped, converted, and her family silenced, it’s not just a crime. It’s a betrayal by the very institutions meant to protect her.

Inspector Siddiqui didn’t just ignore the complaint, he weaponized his uniform to suppress it. And only when ATS took charge years later did the truth emerge.

Grooming Isn’t Fiction—It’s Organized

Chhangur Baba’s syndicate follows a clear pattern:

  • Convert.

  • Marry.

  • Break.

  • Control.

It’s no different from the grooming gangs of the UK, where state silence let communities suffer. And now, India is waking up to its own version, operating under religious cover, with the help of compromised cops and others in the system.

This isn’t about love. It’s about deliberate demographic warfare, backed by deceit, manipulation, and religious radicalism.

The Real Tragedy

The real tragedy of this case is not just the abduction, it’s how the system was paralyzed by one man.

When victim’s family approached Inspector Abdul Rehman Siddiqui, then posted at Civil Lines Police Station in Meerut, he didn’t just refuse to act, hey allegedly threatened the family, dismissed their complaint, and refused to file an FIR.

Why? That’s the question echoing through this case.

This wasn’t just negligence. It was loyalty to Ummah over constitutional duty.

Had the girl belonged to any other religion, the media would’ve erupted. FIRs would’ve been filed overnight. But a Hindu girl, trapped by a conversion gang run by peacefuls? She was just another file to be buried.

This case confirms a terrifying truth: Islamists have infiltrated the very systems meant to protect us, the police, the bureaucracy, may be even judiciary at times. They don’t wear taqiyah(caps) in office, but their allegiance is not to the Constitution, it is to their Ummah.

And if you think Siddiqui is the only one, think again.

Years of Inaction

It took six years, a revived ATS investigation, and digital trails to even reach suspension. And this is just one case.

How many others were buried? How many girls never came back?

One Cop Fell, But the Network Remains

Siddiqui’s suspension is just the tip. The rot runs deeper. When law enforcement officials become enablers of extremist networks, no Hindu daughter is safe.

Inspector Siddiqui may be suspended, but the syndicate is still alive, emboldened by years of state indifference and systemic appeasement.

This isn’t one bad apple. This is decay within the orchard.

The peacefuls are not just luring Hindu girls, they are embedding themselves into power structures, using their influence to shield one another and suppress truth.

We have reached a point where trusting any peaceful in uniform, in courtrooms, or even in classrooms is a risk. Because for them, Ummah comes before the  anything.

The Hindu community must wake up to this quiet war.
Every silence, every excuse, every buried FIR is a weapon.
And every ignored warning is a betrayal waiting to happen again.

It’s time for systemic cleansing, iron-clad laws, and zero tolerance for appeasement.

Until then, for every girl rescued, many remain forgotten, trapped betweentrapped between Love Jihad, forced conversion, and state betrayal
