Mehbooba Mufti was exposed for siding with terror sympathizers. In Pahalgam’s bloodbath, innocent Hindu pilgrims die in a cowardly ambush by Pakistani officers and their Kashmiri collaborators. The incident set the Valley aflame once more – not just with terror, but with propaganda.
This time, it isn’t bullets or bombs doing the damage, but the shameless opportunism of local politicians and terror apologists.
Mehbooba Mufti never misses a chance to bake her political bread in the fire of national tragedy. She rushed to blame security forces for the death of a young man – who, in reality, chose death over betraying his terror connections. Is this the true face of Kashmiriyat?
Mehbooba Mufti Sympathizes With Terrorist Aiding Kashmiri
Imtiyaz Ahmad Magray a 23-year-old Kashmiri Muslim wasn’t an innocent bystander of Pahalgam. Security Forces arrested him for aiding and supporting Pahalgam’s terrorists. He gave food, shelter, and logistical aid to the terrorists hiding in the forests of Kulgam’s Tangmarg region.
While pretending to cooperate with the security forces during a follow-up raid, Magray bolted and jumped into the Veshaw River.
Thankfully, a drone camera recorded a part of his escape and eventual drowning. The video shows no shots fired and no one pushed the man. Therefore, no foul play can be suspected in his death. This Kashmiri Muslim was just a desperate zombie who chose to aid India’s enemies. Moreover, he was a man too scared to face the consequences of his choices.
Yet, hours later, the same man was being painted as a “shaheed” by his family. Mehbooba Mufti and other leaders are labeling him a victim. What kind of “Kashmiriyat” glorifies those who protect murderers?
Mehbooba Mufti’s Selective Misinformation Warfare
Let’s rewind a few days. The Pahalgam terror attack wasn’t a random act of violence. It was a targeted strike, a religiously motivated execution of Hindu pilgrims. Unfortunately, it was eerily similar to the October 7 massacre in Israel. The attackers? Pakistani officers Hashim Musa and another Pakistani jihadi, aided by local Kashmiri Muslims. Their aim? To destroy tourism, kill faith, and rip apart whatever was left of communal harmony.
Did Mehbooba Mufti raise her voice then?
Did any “Kashmiriyat-loving” leaders introspect about how locals are once again opening their homes to foreign terrorists?
No. Instead, they flooded their timelines and hearts with grief over the one Kashmiri Muslim who died in the attack. Rumors state that he was a Shia Muslim. Thus, he couldn’t recite the Sunni Kalma. Hence, the terrorist shot the poor man. Thereafter, Kashmiriyat Gang went to celebrate the pony wallas. However, only one-odd tried to help the scared tourists. Reportedly, many others tried to up the rate of their services – “aapda mein avsar”. They even defended the zipline operator who knowingly pushed a tourist into the danger zone while bullets were fired!
When a Kashmiri terror sympathizer drowns after betraying his role and suddenly there’s an outcry for justice!
Without even waiting for the facts, Mehbooba Mufti took to X to claim “foul play” by the security forces. Hours later when the details and video come forth, she does not backtrack Even though the video clearly showed Magray’s voluntary jump into the river, Mehbooba Mufti and her cohorts demand an “inquiry.” There were no signs of assault, no chase, no army nearby. But the truth never stopped Mehbooba Mufti before.
Time for Kashmiri Introspection: Is Your “Daman” Really Clean?
Mehbooba Mufti and her “toli” have a clear agenda. They weaponize every death to demonize the forces. The entire political system of J&K whitewashes the role of Kashmiri terror collaborators. They use effective media management to ensure their lies overshadow the truth of Kashmir. Their primary goal is to present how “unsafe” Kashmiri Muslims are in their homeland. The agenda is to claw back self-relevance by stoking public sympathy.
If only Mehbooba Mufti was as vocal about terrorists targeting Hindus as she is about shielding those who shelter them.
Every time a bullet is fired, Kashmiris talk about dignity. Every time a jihadi is caught, they cry about discrimination. But who harbors the terrorists? Who feeds them? Who tells them where to hide? And who jumps into rivers to avoid turning them in?
Kashmiriyat is meaningless if it defends those who defend terrorists.
Mehbooba Mufti and her ilk may peddle victimhood, but India is watching. The world is watching. And the blood of Hindu pilgrims in Pahalgam demands answers – not deflection.
