The Lucknow police acted promptly by summoning the Lulu Mall “Peaceful” Supervisor Ahmad for questioning. He arrived at the police station accompanied by his mother and brother. During initial interrogation, Farhaz Ahmad denied all allegations, claiming that the relationship was consensual. However, following the victim’s detailed complaint, the police registered a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita relating to sexual assault, criminal intimidation, and physical violence.

Farhaz Ahmad has since been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

Currently, investigating officers state that a forensic examination of digital evidence, including the alleged video and phone records will be crucial to corroborate the survivor’s account. A police team is also interviewing staff members at Lucknow’s Lulu Mall to gather further evidence and verify timelines.

In Summary

This case underscores the “peaceful” agenda of conversion or intimidation observed in various parts of Bharat. In many cases in West Bengal, UP, Bihar and other states, “Peacefuls” misuse their professional capacity to target Hindu women. Thus, it seems like the Ajmer 1992 created a playbook for “peacefuls” to abuse HIndu women! Despite strict enforcement of workplace safety laws, women remain vulnerable to conversion and exploitation through blackmail.

There is an urgent need to use required provisions in BNS against forced conversion or extortion by “peacefuls” using professional dominance in Bharat!

Such legal mechanisms need to protect vulnerable Hindu employees from “Peaceful” abuse of power. As investigations continue, the courage of the survivor Hindu woman must be acknowledged. She faces the scorn of family, society, and her company by exposing her predicament. Thus, may she find due security, respect, and legal protection in the days to come.

As Bharat awaits clarity on the case, a singular thought comes to fore – Hindus are unsafe in their own nation!
