Lost Logic And Patriotism – Is Rajdeep Sardesai A Mic for Pakistan?

Must Read

Rajdeep Sardesai has once again revealed that his microphone often doubles as Pakistan’s loudspeaker. In his latest rant on India Today, Rajdeep Sardesai argued that India must hold “open dialogue” with Pakistan, equated PM Modi with General Asim Munir, suggested legitimizing the LoC as a permanent border, and indirectly called for India to abandon PoJK. Let’s dismantle his delusions with cold, hard facts.

Rajdeep Sardesai Equates PM Modi With a Humiliated Military  Dictator

Only someone as detached from national interest as Rajdeep Sardesai could compare India’s elected Prime Minister and Pakistan’s Field Marshal-by-failure, Asim Munir.

While PM Modi commands respect on the global stage, Asim Munir oversees a military that suffered its worst humiliation in decades on 10th May 2025, when the Indian Air Force conducted Operation Sindoor. Within eight hours, India’s SCALP and BrahMos missiles, backed by Rafales and SU-30MKIs, struck 11 Pakistani air bases, destroyed four jets (including F-16s and a C-130J), and obliterated multiple Chinese-made air defense systems.

In response, Asim Munir’s DGMO – whose air force was on its knees – begged for a ceasefire. Believing his own propaganda, Asim Munir tried to bluster through his lies by crowning himself “Field Marshal” in delusion. That’s the man Rajdeep Sardesai thinks deserves dialogue with India on behalf of “JHOOTISTAN” – Not surprising the way he misled the nation about how Pakistan got the IMF Loan!

Rajdeep Sardesai Wants Bharat to Surrender PoJK for “Peace”

In the debate segment, Rajdeep Sardesai surrenders his logic and patriotism! As per him, India should cement the Line of Control as a permanent international border. Why? Because the nuclear nation that begged for cessation of hostilities scares him! Padma Shree Rajdeep says Bharat must “worry” about Pakistan’s nukes. NaPak’s nuclear blackmail is a noose around the world’s neck. And Sardesai’s surrender to this narrative is straight out of the ISI’s PR manual.

Rajdeep Sardesai seems blind to history.

In 1971, Indira Gandhi had 90,000 Pakistani soldiers in custody and every opportunity to reclaim Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. But she signed the disastrous Shimla Agreement in 1972, letting Pakistan off the hook. That political cowardice birthed the PoJK problem. By pushing this narrative again, Rajdeep Sardesai wants India to repeat that mistake – this time with the added threat of nuclear war as moral justification.

But Bharat cannot, and must not, surrender even a single kilometer of PoJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, or China-occupied Ladakh.

These lands are not negotiation chips – they are integral parts of India – by law, by culture, and by duty!

Giving In Means Breaking Up: Rajdeep Doesn’t Get It

Rajdeep Sardesai paints surrender as statesmanship – but the peace he wants shall come at the cost of national suicide.

Let’s for an unforgivable minute accept his argument. Does he realize that once India accepts the LoC as final, it spells disaster for Indian Forces at all its borders? China will get bolder in Arunachal, Ladakh, and the Northeast. And once the world sees India bending under pressure, internal separatists will also rise – demanding their own little kingdoms.

The naive Rajdeep Sardesai doesn’t understand the harsh reality that Aman ki Asha is a weapon in Pakistan’s hands! The nation run on the whim of a military only understands Brahmos ki Bhasha. Rajdeep’s narrative emboldens not only Pakistan but the vultures of the geopolitical world who are just waiting for Bharat to blink.

Time and again, Rajdeep Sardesai has chosen ideological appeasement over national interest. His words are celebrated not in Indian homes but in Pakistani newsrooms. His language mirrors that of Pakistani generals and anchors.

Rajdeep’s proposals weaken India’s position on every front – military, diplomatic, and emotional.

This isn’t just a difference of opinion. It’s a battle for the soul of Bharat. And Rajdeep Sardesai is on the wrong side of history. Bharat doesn’t need defeatist dialogues or doctored debates. India has futilely walked the path of Dossier Diplomacy! Today, as the 4th largest economy, Bharat needs to show resolve, clarity, and above all, the courage to reclaim what is rightfully hers. And Rajdeep needs a reality check!
