Congress Leader Imran Masood Insults Bhagat Singh

Must Read

On October 23rd, Congress leader Imran Masood crossed every line of decency and national pride. This “Boti-Boti” leader compared the UN-designated terror group, Hamas, to India’s immortal freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.

Imran Masood’s wilful and shocking statement was made on a podcast with journalist Sushant Sinha. His words are not just an insult to the martyrdom of Shaheed Bhagat Singh – they exposed the Congress party’s growing moral bankruptcy. The lack of apology or action by INC shows its dangerous pandering to radical leaders and sentiments for vote-bank politics.

Imran Masood Equates Hamas’ Terrorism to Bhagat Singh’s Fight for Freedom

During the podcast, Sushant Sinha questioned Imran Masood about Congress’s paralysis during Pakistan’s terror offensives and Operation Sindoor. In response, Masood labeled Operation Sindoor and Mahdev as fake and hailed the Pakistani Army! When questioned and cornered, he began to promote Hamas as “freedom fighters”. When Sinha protested, he said, “Was Bhagat Singh a terrorist too?” Bhagat Singh was India’s fiery revolutionary. He stood for courage, sacrifice, and the dream of a free India. At a tender age, he faced the gallows with a smile, unarmed and unbroken.

To equate that Bhagat Singh’s noble defiance with Hamas – a globally designated terror organization that butchered, raped, and mutilated innocent civilians on October 7, 2023 – is an abomination and an insult.

Imran Masood is infamous for his hate-laced rhetoric and threats. To him, Hamas’ terrorism and barbarity were a fight forland”! Thus, heproudlycompares  Bhagat Singh’s patriotism to theirs. Masood’s words exposed the Congress ecosystem’s intellectual bankruptcy. Bhagat Singh was a martyr who died for India’s freedom, not a radical who killed innocents at a music festival. Hamas raped women, murdered children, and mutilated bodies on October 7. And yet, Imran Masood dared to draw a line of comparison — glorifying bloodlust as “freedom.” His defense?Hamas is fighting for its land just like Bhagat Singh did.”

Let that sink in: a Congress leader equated a mass rapist-terror outfit with Bhagat Singh – India’s symbol of resistance against colonialism!

The Congress party has not condemned him.

No apology, no disciplinary action – just a silent backtracking on his hate-filled words that scream complicity.

Imran Masood – A Symbol of Congress’s Dangerous Politics of Appeasement

Imran Masood’s outburst is not an accident—it is the natural outcome of Congress’s vote bank appeasement and politics. Congress leaders today are terrified of losing their “peaceful” base. Hence, they shield those who insult India’s martyrs and justify global terror. Masood’s anti-India comments after India’s firm stand against Pakistan and its terror proxies post-Operation Sindoor is a moment of shame for anyone who voted for him. Instead of supporting India’s decisive stance, Masood mocked it and discredited the army’s efforts. Thereafter, he tried to glorify a terror outfit whose crimes were so brutal that even the United Nations was forced to release a report detailing systematic rape, mutilation, and burning of civilians.

When the UN documents rape of corpses and torture of hostages, and a Congress leader calls those perpetratorsfreedom fighters,it reveals not political ignorance—but moral rot.

The Congress high command, including Rahul Gandhi, are allowing Masood to shabbily backtrack on his words. Why? Because these same voices control the “vote-bank ecosystem” on which Congress survives. Congress, under Rahul Gandhi, has built a strange moral hierarchy – where Indian soldiers are questioned, but Hamas is glorified, where Bhagat Singh is reduced to a comparison prop for terror propaganda. And where silence becomes the party’s new ideology.

The party that once gave India Bhagat Singh’s sloganInquilab Zindabadnow showcases men like imran masood who mock his sacrifice.

An Insult That Should Unite Every Indian

Let us be honest – this is not a Hindu-Muslim issue. Moreover, let’s not pretend this is an isolated outburst. Imran Masood embodies Congress’s two-faced politics. The INC spouts hate against Hindus and PM Modi, yet preaching “peace” and “Mohabbat” on camera. Imran Masood’s Hamas remark is not rebellion; it’s a reflection. It mirrors the Congress mindset that flirts with Islamic radicalism under the garb of “secularism.

Hence, this is about patriotism versus propaganda. When a mainstream politician starts equating Bhagat Singh with Hamas, he’s not making a slip. He’s rewriting moral codes.

He’s saying terror can be romantic ideal – as long as it fits INC’s votebank politics. That’s a direct threat to the moral compass of India’s democracy. When an elected political leader in India glorifies terrorists who raped women, mutilated children, and killed civilians, it’s not political discourse – it’s poisonous rhetoric dressed in populism.

Bhagat Singh’s pen wrote against tyranny; Hamas’ gun kills the innocent.

To compare the two is to spit on the memory of every martyr who built this nation.

And when Congress refuses to act, it tells India that votes matter more than values.

The real question now is – will India stay silent? Will Bharat let Bhagat Singh’s name be dragged through the mud to appease those who justify terror in the name of religion and politics? Or will the nation finally demand accountability from those who trade patriotism for populism?

Imran Masood may have tried to rewrite history, but India remembers.

Bhagat Singh died for Bharat Mata. Hamas kills in the name of hate.

If Imran Masood cannot tell the difference, perhaps the voters of India will – very soon.
